Recipe for today: homemade powder sugar

 This is so easy and best of all I love it cause I never ever run out or really need to buy it.

Homemade Powder Sugar
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons of cornstarch

Makes 1 cup of powder sugar

Make sure you use a chopper or blender that is not plastic because it will scratch it. What I did is I have two coffee grinders one for coffee and the other one is for grinding herbs or sugar in.

 Once grinded up it looks just like actually powder sugar and use as you do powder sugar.
