Recipe-Homemade Marshmallow Fluff


So someone discovered mom was making something REALLY REALLY yummy, so here she is waiting.

Homemade Marshmallow Fluff
3 egg whites at room temperature
2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cup sifted powder sugar (recipe here)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a bowl mix egg whites, corn syrup, salt beat with beater on high speed for five minutes or until the mixture has thickened and doubled. Reduce speed to low and add vanilla and powder sugar. Stir until well blended. 

Refrigerate for up to 1 week 
Freeze, when ready to use just mix till soft.
