Recipe: Homemade strawberry Shortcake

This is my first shot at making this cake...needs some tweaking I tell you though not to bad for first round plus I got to try out my shortcake pan :)

Strawberry Shortcake
1 box french vanilla cake mix
1 box 4serving size vanilla instant pudding
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup water
4 eggs

Strawberry Glaze:
1 cup sugar
3 T cornstarch (I use potato starch)
3 T strawberry gelatin
1 cup water

Make and place in shortcake maker,
well if you don't have one of the makers get some round glass baking dishes about the size of a large 16oz glass opening. oil it then cook at 375 until toothpick comes out clean about 15min.

Place strawberries on top, drizzle with glaze and then you can throw cool whip or ice cream on top if you like or dream whip. :) Enjoy
