Part 7 I think of our Family Trip, gee willows time is flying and we are only a few days out before we leave. Right now I am sitting down and writing out a to do list of items that need to be taken care of before next week like cleaning out refrigerator. The funny part is It hit me last night I really need to make sure my parents have everything they need. Why, you ask well I do 98% of their shopping and not only that my mom is heading into knee surgery, so talk about a freight train hitting me. So lately I have been between two places helping clean, yard work, working on our garage, etc, to boot.
So this week I am scrambling and believe me it has gone totally insane in this house. Let me just give you a run down of just this week with a 4yr old in tow and let me say CAN YOU KEEP UP So here we go
- Monday-Power washed the house and driveway, finished cleaning the windows, got the curtains washed. Then headed out for shopping-we went to Walmart for some odd and ends stuff and groceries for my dad, then to JcPenney for k some clothes on sale for $3 ea, Then $tree for snack bags and few other odd and end. Back home to walk the dog and then tonight on the list will work on the blog and also will be printing out stuff for k to do on the trip-watch for a list of printables, crafts that I will be using for the trip.
- Tuesday-Dr. appointment, story time at library all before 11:30am, back home on the cleaning list weed one flower bed, finish deep cleaning k's room, finish cleaning our closet, sometime run the dog. Also water day for lawn.
- Wednesday-finish cleaning master bedroom, write a menu for next 5 weeks, run the dog, finish weeding flower bed.
- Thursday-going to sort, organize stockpile, also clean fridge and freezers, deep clean the truck inside, run the dog
- Friday-will be working on organizing garage, mow lawn, paint boards, run to home depot for items needed for garage. We also will be digging and moving dirt to make way for a clothes line.
- Saturday-mcdonald appointment, home depot fun stuff there for k, saturday is water day as well
Well thanks for reading my ramble and being loyal readers. I will be posting more ways that I have made extra money for our trip, items that I have done for k, prep work that I have been doing and so much more. Now just trying to stay on top of everything. :)
