What is in Your Pot?


Breakfast: Oatmeal
chop two bananas and sprinkle on top of oatmeal

Lunch: Ham Salad Sandwich
-take 1/2 package of deli ham and minced the meat
-1/2 c of carrots about 1 carrot
-1 tsp grated onion (1/2 tsp onion powder)
-1/3c mayo
-1 teaspoon mustard
take brat buns and cut open, spread a little butter on both sides and toast.
once toasted lather bread with ham mix.
Supper: Shepherd's Pie
2 cups of the turkey
1 pkge of mixed vegatables
1-can of condensed celery
1/2c milk
1/4 tsp onion powder (if you have on hand) or 1 small onion chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1 package of mash potatoes
In large skillet, combine all ingredients, except potatoes, over high heat, mix well
Cook 5 to 8min or untill heated through, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and top with dollops of potatoes.

Snacks: take 4 carrots and chopped them up and dip in dressing
or take 2 banana's chopped and roll in peanut butter stick with toothpick
