I am guessing that everyone has the basic-sugar, oil, salt & pepper, starch, spices like onion powder etc. already in their pantry if not the great place to stock the basic is DollarTree. Though this week I was able to grab flour for $.39.
One big tip I never buy meat or bread on regular prices...I grab what is on sale or in the clearance racks and base meals off of those.
