Back from the craziness of fair week. I have to say this is the first time ever that I can remember that we have been at the fair Every Single Day and oh my was that different but fun, thanks to many friends and family who helped make it happen for us.
First night we were at the Tractor Pull..cool thing was we had the best seats in town down in the pits. We got to see a lot of action up close sometimes a little to close, best part it worked out that Hubby and I were actually alone (sort of date night on the cheap). So I think he got a little goofy that night.
Most of the week my daughter and I were on the rides, now that was something. We got to experience things and do things that created thrills and chills, some may never happen again with her.
Another event we did was the rodeo..besides riding horses, roping steer, we got to watch a professional roper do some pretty amazing tricks.

Lets not forget about the food..yummy fresh squeeze lemonade, BBQ nachos, snow cones and more. Definitely not the healthiest choice for us.
The last event that we did was the parade, this was first year we actually had to get in our car and drive to it. Normally it happens in our front yard though with all construction and such off we had to drive.
For us loads of laughter, fun, and memories happened though I do have to agree with my daughter glad it is over, cause I want to have some normalness now.
