Recipe for the day: Semi Healthy Rolled Sugar Cookies


I love cookies, who doesn't though the sugar count oh goodness, so here is a recipe that I use for sugar cookies

Semi-Healthy Rolled Sugar Cookies
1 c. puree pears or apples
1/2c butter
1/4c baking blend
2 eggs
2 T of egg replacer plus 1T of water
1tsp vanilla
3 c of oat flour
2 c of all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder

Cream together sweetener, fruit and butter until smooth. Beat in egg, egg replacer and vanilla. Stir in Flour and powder,. Cover and Chill overnight or 1hr in fridge
Preheat oven 400
Roll out dough to 1/2in thick. cut and shape place on lightly greased sheet
Bake 6 to 8min.
