Dump it-Stir fry rice

1 lb of beef (I marinated mine, chopped into chunks and then threw it onto the grill)
1-red pepper
2-red tomatoes
2-green peppers (I have 1 bell and 1 chili in this dish)
1-small onion
1-yellow pepper
4-cups of rice

Sauce: 1/2c of water, 3T molasses, Mrs dash seasoning to taste (mine is about 2T), 2 tsp soy sauce, 1T brown sugar.  Mix and set aside.

1st make the rice according to the package and then set aside. In a skillet add about 2 Tablespoon of olive oil and saute the onion until translucent. Add in the peppers and cook until tender. Add in rice, beef and sauce, stir and then simmer for 15 to 20min. Enjoy
