Recipe of the Day-Homemade Bread Crumbs

I love making my own crumbs the only time I don't is if I can snag them for less then a $1, but for now day old bread works great.  Here is tip get day old bread at Walmart by dairy for $1.18 or at Sunmart for $.99.

Homemade Bread Crumbs
1 loaf of $1.00 bread
lay your pieces of bread out on a tray or for me a dehydrator

Dehydrator at 375 for 8hrs
or
Oven 375 for 20min
Once dry just crush and use.

For Italian breadcrumbs add 2T Italian seasoning
For Garlic crumbs add 2T powder garlic
