We love having this around the holidays and to us it taste just like eggnog.
Mock Eggnog
2 quarts of cold milk
1pkg of french vanilla pudding mix
1/4 c of sugar
2 tsp of nutmeg
1 tsp of vanilla
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
In a mixing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2min. beat in the sugar, nutmeg and vanilla. In another bowl beat cream until thickened about 3min. Stir into the pudding mixture. Refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving
