Rocky Mountain PBS encourages aspiring writers in grades 6, 7 & 8 to participate in StoryMakers, a short story contest for young adults. This year, StoryMakers is going paperless! Submit your 700-1,000 word original story online by October 11, 2013. No entry fee applies.
Prizes include any of the following
- Digital storytelling workshop and tour of our television studios on December 7, 2013
- Stories published on our website
- Awesome prizes, like Kindle Fires
- Awards luncheon for students and families which includes keynote speaker, local author and radio personality Dom Testa on January 4, 2014.
