No Bake Peaches and cream cheesecake
2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
6 T margarine melted
1 cup sugar, divided
4 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 package peach flavor jell-o
2 fresh peaches, chopped
1 8oz container whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
Mix graham crumbs, margarine and 1/4c sugar, press onto bottom of 13 x 9in pan. refrigerate untill ready to use.
Beat Cream cheese and remaining sugar with mixer until blended. add dry gelatin mix, mix well peaches and whipped topping. Pour over crust.
Refrigerate 4hours or until firm.
Note **if fresh peaches are not available, prepare using 1 drained 15oz can peaches**
