Recipe of the day-lasagna cupcakes

These are really easy to make and oh my they are so good. An extra bonus you can make these and then freeze them for later.

Lasagna Cupcakes
1/3 pound ground beef (I used what meat on hand like sausage, beef, etc)
salt and pepper to taste
16 wonton wrappers
1 3/4 c cottage cheese
1 3/4 c mozzarella cheese
1 3/4 c Parmesan cheese
1 c pasta sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With your muffin tin lightly spray with cooking spray.
Brown meat and season with salt and pepper. Drain
Take two wonton wrappers and lay in your muffin tin, overlapping forming it into a cup.
Take your pasta sauce and lightly sauce the bottom of your cups. Now just ad your filling.
Bake for 18-20 min or until edges are brown. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minute.
 Now enjoy!
