Recipe of the Day-Green Smoothie



I love my cappuccino and then a smoothie for my morning mojo. So with that in mind my dad knows that I love to try new things and gave me this recipe. Though I will have to warn you that it is one that goes from your toes to your head especially if you ad to much ginger in it. 

Green Smoothie
  • 6 leaves of kale
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 stalks of celery
  • 3 apples
  • 1 very small ginger
  • 1/2 lemon

Grind it up and if you are like me and don't have a bullet just strain and mush the liquid out of the pulp.
