I got to say I really enjoyed this book "Operation Dinner" it is great for a beginner to an expert to have in their library.
This book gives you insight on how to set up a meal plan, what to look for and easy recipes to try. It has a wealth of information even down to the detail of describing each animal and what that part can be used for. This book has some wonderful, fast and easy recipes to try out for you family or stick in your freezer for later. The last item that I enjoyed was how she gave you a guide on how to keep things in order with a binder and breaking it down into easy and accessible sections to flip to right away.
