Banana Bread in Bread Maker
**the following items are best at room temperature**
2 large eggs
1/3c butter
1/8c milk
2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/3 c bread flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 to 2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
1. Measure your butter and milk and place them into bread machine with the eggs and mashed bannas
2. In medium sized mixing bowl stir your dry ingredients together until well blended.
3. Add your dry ingredients to machine.
4. slect the quick bread setting on your machine.
