I tell you I am not sure who was most proud with this project. I know my little gal was beaming after it was completed and Mr. Monster ended up in bed with her.
The kit that we used was Make your own monster, a clearance from Halloween though you can make your own just use felt pieces and yarn.
As soon as I pulled the box out K sat down started sorting everything and then took off making it. I caught her meticulously putting on the monsters face and body, which was neat to watch her face as she studied, adjusted and then glued them on.
Next she started sewing the monster together this was the part that took forever for her though once she figured it out, way she went even stuffing it when it was almost done. The only help she needed was sewing the arms and legs on. Once it was done the entire world had to see her monster. Looks like I will be putting together more sewing kits for this little gal.
