Recipe of the Day-Strawberry Baked Doughnuts (muffins)

Baked Strawberry Doughnut (ok mine are muffins cause I didn't have a doughnut tin)

1 1/2 c all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c oil
1 c strawberries
1/2c +2 T walnuts, chopped and optional

Preheat oven to 350. grease pan lightly,  Cook for 20 to 25 until brown.
