Recipe-Homemade Stir Fry

Alright if you read the post earlier we went shopping and found some Wonderful deals now I will show you how I put this together. :)  The wonderful thing about this stir fry recipe it goes with any vegetables.
The cost of the entire meals for us tonight was $4 to feed 2adults and 1 child.  Our dessert for tonight was homemade snow cones.

2-chicken breast, cut in cubes or strips & brown up (.97ea)
4 cups of cauliflower (this was mix of broccoli and cauliflower $.79)
4 cups of broccoli
1 cup of onions (.99ea for whole onion, so I only used half)
1T stir fry mixture-check below for recipe
2T sugar
4T soy sauce
1/4 c water

Directions:  Brown Chicken, Throw in onions, cauliflower, broccoli, onions, add 1T soy sauce. Cook for 8min or until vegetables are slightly soft. In small bowl mix in water, 2T soy sauce, 2T sugar, and 1 T stir fry mixture. Let mix stand for 5min., then ad into the chicken mixture let it cook an additional 4min and stir occasionally. Enjoy!!


Homemade stir-fry seasoning
1/4 cup chicken bouillon

3 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dried minced onion
2 tablespoons instant garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)

DIRECTIONS:  In a small bowl, stir bouillon granules, cornstarch, sugar, onion, garlic, parsley, ginger and red pepper until blended. Store in an airtight container in a cool place. Include directions for use. 

Use 1T to 1/4c water
