**Meal 1***
Crockpot Casserole
6 eggs10 slices of bread or biscuits1 1/2 cups milk2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese1/2 pound sausageSalt and pepper
**Meal 2**
In a skillet, brown the sausage and crumble. Drain fat.Spread mustard on one side of bread and cut bread in quarters (or just cut plain break into quarters if you're skipping the mustard).Beat eggs and milk together, along with salt and pepper to taste.Spray nonstick cooking spray on inside of crock pot. Layer bread, cheese and sausage inside crockpot.Pour milk/egg over top. Cover. Cook on low 8-12 hours.
Biscuit & Sausage Gravy
1 Grand Biscuit
1 pound Jimmy Dean pork sausage3 tablespoons shortening or lard3 tablespoons flour2 cups milksalt to taste
pepper to taste
Fry up the sausage in a large frying pan, break into little bit.***Meal 3***
Add the shortening and stir in, now stir in the flour, add milk about 1/2qrt and cook or thin until is a nice thickness, set aside and keep warm.
Make biscuits according to the package.
Serve gravy on top, ENJOY!
Egg Wells
1 egg
1 piece of bread or biscuit
Lay Bread or biscuit flat on baking tray, press circle in middle
Break egg inside
Bake for well done about 5 to 10min.

Baked French Toast
8 slices bread or biscuits12 ounces evaporated skim milk4 eggs1/4 cup brown sugar1 teaspoon vanilla extract3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Lightly coat a (9"x13"x2") pan with non-stick vegetable spray. Arrange the bread slices in the bottom of the pan. Combine all the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly using a whisk or an egg beater.Pour the mixture evenly over the bread. Cover tightly. Refrigerate for at least several hours. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray the bread with non-stick vegetable spray. Bake until lightly browned (30-35 minutes). Serve hot with maple syrup, powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Homemade syrup
1 1/2 c. brown sugar (packed)
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring (optional)
Mix brown sugar, water, butter and salt in saucepan. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in maple flavoring. Serve warm
**Meal 6***
Yogurt Breakfast Drink
2 cups (16 ounces) vanilla yogurt
2 cups (16 ounces) peach yogurt1/2 cup thawed orange juice concentrate1/2 cup fat-free milk2 cups ice cubes
Directions
In a blender, combine the first four ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Add ice cubes; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 6 servings.
