Part 1 Getting $300 worth of Christmas/b-day gifts for less then $30

Well everyone I know this maybe something you aren't thinking of though I thought I share with all of you. How in the World do I pull off a 300 Christmas Gift or birthday gifts for less then $30. Well for starters I start now arming myself with notes and start watching for specific items.
Here is How I do it....
  1. First I write down everything from Christmas to birthday's coming up and label it under one family.
  2. Second I get everyone sizes-shoes, clothes, etc.
  3. Third I write down notes on ea individual what they are wanting.  I also include if a child is going to school or not.
  4. Lastly I write down if I am going to donate for toys for tots, care packages, etc.
Here is an example of what my list looks like:
2-care packages
  •  college students
    • razors, bodywash, snacks, etc.
  • Toys for tots
    • Toys
  •  Christmas Stocking
    • I find toys then matchup to a child

I do this for my immediate family not extended family.
