Update from our World

Alright I know I haven't wrote about our crazy world it is because our world lately, we have been lucky to get our clothes on right and function. So here is a little recap of some of our craziness that has happened.

First we had a toilet that I literally had to put a sign up saying "You Sit, Better Pray." So last weekend we decided to fix the issue, honestly I think the house was saying HARDY HARD Har on you. A simple task pull up toilet and cut out sub floor and replace, Oh yea sure. We ended up going all the way to the floor beams and finding out that we have about 1yr to gutt the entire bathroom and replace or sink will go and the Bathtub, HAHA that don't even have a floor under it, it is just sitting on the beams braced by 2x4. So yep our bathroom You are literally praying in it at least you know right now you won't go to the cellar and have to call for a ladder.  Best of all k informed grandma she took care of the toilet monster.

Second we had to tackle and redo my daughters closet, she was getting tired of the biting dresser. So I gutted her closet and installed adjustable shelving, found bins to organize her stuff and ordered her a new bed, still working on reorganizing her room just about finish with that. I have also had to tackle a upstairs room and clear it out in order to put a hole in the wall so that I can get to the roof to install  a skylight.

Third I have been clearing out a 3 car garage of stuff and getting rid of stuff due to the fact that one half of the garage is just about to collapse from the weight of all the shingles and then I also have about two truck & trailer loads of lumber, windows, doors, etc coming. This is to fix the west side of our house from the lovely weather last year which sheared off siding, broke two windows and of course to stabilize and re roof the entire garage.

Lastly I have been trying to plan and organize a cross country trip to Canada with a 4yr old. So besides dealing with government. I have also ended up getting items custom made for our trip. After our last car accident I seemed to become a safety freak. So I have ended up buying my daughter a new reclining car seat and having a tray specially built for it, so she can eat, use it for drawing etc. I have also been finding containers or customizing items to use every nook and cranny in our truck for our trip.

So this is our crazy insane world for the next 3 months. Oh and don't worry I am sure to give you more chuckles along the way.  Have a Wonderful Day!
