Stockpiling and Freezing-Part 1 Homemade chips and recipe

Since we pretty much always get mark down bread, I never know what I will be bringing home.
If you go earlier enough in the morning at Walmart you will find rolling racks with mark down bread on it.  I will only pay up to $10 worth of bread and walk out with close to $20 worth for it all.  On that note I will show you some of the tips and tricks I have learned about freezing bread or what to do with it.
Below is Flat Bread-paid $1.04 (retail value $2.24)
This kind of bread I will turn into either wraps or on this package I turned it into chips. After laying the bread out on a cutting board just slice into squares. Preheat oven to 300.  Bake for 10min or until golden brown. Once done either eat as plan or  Throw it into a bag and put in freezer until usage.

Here is a simply dish that is a favorite in our house:

Mexican Casserole
Preheat oven to 310

Ingredients:
1 can of fried beans
1 to 2 c of salsa  (I have homemade salsa)
chedder cheese
3c of chips
Toppings lettuce, tomatoes, drop of sour cream or just plain

1.  Lightly spray bottom of your dish & Layer the chips in a baking dish

2.  Mix together salas & beans, my daughter had to sprinkle in some onion/hamburger mix
3.  Layer all on top of chips and sprinkle with cheese
4.  Bake for 10 to 15min or until cheese melted

This is what end up left at my house, must of been good :)
