Welcome Everyone, to What is In the Pot? This section is design to help those who are on a very limited income. Everyone one of the meals planned in this section will feed 4 people and cost just $25.00 for the WEEK, yep that is what I said $25.00 for the WEEK. Now you surely can't beat that at a fast food joint. Now on your part, I am hoping you have your weekend inserts and have been printing off the printables, because every recipe will be centered on those coupons.Here is what the ad schedule is for the week:
Sunmart-Wednesday
Dollar General-Sunday
Family Dollar-monthly, sometimes extra on a week
Walmart-Sundays-if they have one
Walgreens-Sunday, Though u can shop Sunday's ad on Saturday, but won't receive any RR
Sometime on Wednesday I will post the shopping list, again these will be based on only the past weekend's insert and recent printables. I am figuring that everyone has gotten 2 inserts each either from the Denver Post-$2.00 ea or from a clipping Service (I will be having a list of these up soon) or donations (friends, family, etc).
