Catalina Marketing has just started a new site called CouponNetwork.com.
They offer printable coupons as well as details on any “Buy and Save” offers (what we call catalinas) at your local store. I’m thinking they are just starting to release the information because I didn’t have any Buy and Save offers in my area yet.
