Recipe of the Day-Making your own Flour

I may sound crazy or insane in this category though I am truly enjoying making our own products. There is several factors of why I am like that the biggest factor is I don't have to worry about what is in it and if someone is going to get sick on it.  The second biggest factor is the way our economy is going this maybe a tool that all of us may need to have even with technology. If you do use a processor just a warning motor will go out fast grinding your own flour.
Another reason I like doing it is this way it is cheaper to buy the item in bulk and then grind it yourself, especially living in a small town
Below is our grinder  which grinds corn, nuts, wheat etc. and I tell you it is quit a handy tool providing we can get a counter that it will attach to.  Right now we end up with what ever we are grinding all over the place at least it is in piles and easy to clean up...LOL since it is a two man job to hold it in place.
So on that note here is my flour recipes.....I do use unbleached flour though here is a few others.
