Recall-Hot Pockets

hot pockets

Nestle issued a voluntary Hot Pocket recall on HOT POCKETS brand Philly Steak and Cheese in three different pack sizes and HOT POCKETS brand Croissant Crust Philly Steak and Cheese, in the two pack box.
This is a result of the Rancho meat recall. That recall, if you haven’t heard, is a recall of “8,742,700 pounds, because it processed diseased and unsound animals and carried out these activities without the benefit or full benefit of federal inspection” (citation).
This meat was used at NestlĂ©’s Chatsworth, California facility, which makes Hot Pockets only.
For more information and UPC that were affected, you can read Nestle’s press release.
